The Most Amazing Beet Punch

There are many types of fruit punches, this one, a Beet Punch is most like for the health-minded folks.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 large beet
  • 180 grams condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup skim milk or low fat milk
  • 1 tsp. Angostura bitters
  • 1 tsp. Aniseed essence


  • Peel the raw beet and then chop it.
  • Place the water and beet in a blender. Blend together.
  • Pour in the milk, bitters and essence. Blend until smooth. Serve cold and with ice.
