- 6 ounces flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 lb granulated sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. lime juice
Sift together the flour and baking powder.
Beat white of eggs until stiff then put yellow and teaspoon of lime juice. Beat sugar until melted. Add essence.
Then fold in flour and baking powder. Bake for 350 degrees.
