Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup white flour
  • 1 1/2 cup yellow corn meal
  • Dash salt optional
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Blend sugar and oil, add eggs, beat thoroughly. Mix dry ingredients.Blend wet and dry ingredients, add milk and mix thoroughly.
  • Bake in greased 9 inch square pan at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. When knife inserted comes out clean, the bread is done.
