Sweet Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 1 1/2 cup yellow corn meal
- Dash salt optional
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Blend sugar and oil, add eggs, beat thoroughly. Mix dry ingredients.Blend wet and dry ingredients, add milk and mix thoroughly.
- Bake in greased 9 inch square pan at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. When knife inserted comes out clean, the bread is done.
