A Refreshing Soursop Ice Block

Soursop ice blocks are perfect snacks on hot days.

  • 2 cups soursop pulp
  • 1/4 cup water to help when extracting the pulp
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/8 tsp Angostura bitters


  • Blend the ingredients together, until smooth. Pour the soursop milk into ice trays and freeze.
  • As an alternative you can use a Popsicle ice tray .
