  • 2 packs wanton skins as needed
  • Filling:
  • 2 packs shrimp
  • 1 lime or lemon juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 leaves chadon beni
  • 2 pimiento peppers
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 bouillon cube optional
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper sauce optional
  • Oil for frying
  • Dipping sauce:
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. green seasoning
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper optional


  • Wash shrimp in 3/4 of lemon juice and a little water. Drain and squeeze water out. Chop shrimp in electric mixer into a semi paste consistency.
  • Pour other 1/4 of lemon juice into shrimp paste. Mix together. Chop all seasonings, garlic onion, pimento, bandhania in chopper until fine.
  • Add to shrimp. Grate ginger very fine. Add to shrimp. Put soya sauce, bouillon cube (optional), pepper sauce and black pepper. Add salt to taste. Mix all ingredients with a spoon.
