Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb pig tail
  • 1 small carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup lentil peas soaked for 30 minutes
  • 5 chadon beni leaves
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Chop and pressure cook the pigtail until tender and set aside. Cut up the seasonings and carrot. Wash and soak the lentil peas for 30 minutes then add to the pressure cooker.
  • Add the seasonings and pressure cook until tender. When just about done add the pigtail and coconut milk. Add salt to taste
  • Serve hot over rice.
