Potato choka is really simple and is filling. I like to have this with sada roti and a hot cup of cocoa tea either for breakfast or dinner. Have you ever tried to make a dish and ended up with a culinary catastrophe? Well, fear not my friend, because today I’m going to share with you my personal recipe for potato choka that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy. But let me tell you, it’s not for the faint of heart. This recipe requires a bit of patience, some elbow grease, and a willingness to embrace chaos in the kitchen. First things first, start by boiling some potatoes until they’re soft and tender.
Then, get ready to channel your inner Hulk and mash those potatoes with all your might. Don’t hold back, let out all your frustrations and stress from the day. Mash, mash, and mash some more! Now, it’s time to add some flavor. Add some chopped onions, garlic, and hot peppers to the mix. But be warned, if you have sensitive eyes, this step might be a tear-inducing experience. Finally, add a generous amount of olive oil or a dollop of butter, because let’s be honest, everything tastes better with butter. And voila, your potato choka is ready to be devoured. Just don’t blame me if your kitchen ends up looking like a war zone.
