Pineapple Juice

Ingredients
- Skin from 1 pineapple
- Sugar to taste
- Water enough to cover the skin
- Bitters for taste
Instructions
- Put the skin in a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Strain the water and set aside to cool.
- When cooled, sweeten to taste and strain again before bottling the juice and refrigerating it.
Notes
You can add pieces of pineapple to push the taste a bit.
