- 2 cups milk
- 7 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. granola optional
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tbsp glucose optional
- Pour the milk into a blender. Add the peanut butter and sugar (if you're using the glucose add it with the sugar). Blend until smooth.
- Add cinnamon and granola. Blend well. Stir before serving.
