Have you ever tried your mother-in-law’s cooking? Don’t answer that. I don’t want to be responsible for any family drama. I am instead referring to this recipe, we call it Mother in law. Now, if you do happen to be brave enough to try this mother in law recipe, be warned – this recipe is rated HHHH for extremely, super hot. And no, that’s not a typo. That’s one H for each pepper in the dish.
I’m talking about the kind of spicy that makes you break out into a sweat and question all your life choices. The kind of spicy that has you reaching for a glass of milk and begging for mercy. You might think you can handle it, but trust me, your taste buds will be in for a wild ride with this one. So, if you’re feeling adventurous and up for a challenge, go ahead and try out this extremely hot mother in law recipe. Just make sure you have a fire extinguisher handy.

Ingredients
- 1 med. carrot chopped
- 2 limes approx. 1/3 cup juice
- 1 small onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 hot peppers but you can add less
- 10 leaves chadon beni
- 1 caraili chopped
- Salt to taste about 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Chop the peppers, onion, garlic, and chadon beni.
- Add the chopped peppers etc. to the caraili and carrot. Add the lime juice and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Serve at once.
