- 4 mangoes preferably long mango
- 1 hot pepper
- 7 cloves garlic
- 1 bundle chadon beni about 10 leaves
- Salt to taste about 1/4 tsp.
- Peel and grate the mango. Cut up the garlic, chadon beni, and pepper.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree. Place in containers and refrigerate or freeze.
