  • 4 mangoes preferably long mango
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • 1 bundle chadon beni about 10 leaves
  • Salt to taste about 1/4 tsp.

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the mango. Cut up the garlic, chadon beni, and pepper.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree. Place in containers and refrigerate or freeze.
