- 4 mangoes (preferably long mango)
- 1 hot pepper
- 7 cloves garlic
- 1 bundle chadon beni ( about 10 leaves)
- Salt to taste (about ¼ tsp.)
- Peel and grate the mango. Cut up the garlic, chadon beni, and pepper.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree. Place in containers and refrigerate or freeze.
