Guacamole (Zaboca Choka)
Servings: 1 1/2 cups
- 1 large avocado
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 onion
- 1 sprig of chive finely chopped
- 2 leaves chadon beni finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut, peel, and crush half of a large ripe avocado (or a whole medium sized one).
- Grate one clove of garlic and onion. Add the herbs and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
