Ingredients
- 4 ripe five finger starfruit
- Sugar to taste
- 1 dash of bitters
- 3 cups water divided
Instructions
- Wash and cut up the five finger. Blend with 1 cup of water and strain. Note: Squeeze the pulp to extract more juice. Add two more cups of water. Add bitters and sugar to taste and stir. Mix well.
- Adjust sugar if necessary. Serve chilled or with ice.
