Ingredients

  • 4 ripe five finger starfruit
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 dash of bitters
  • 3 cups water divided

Instructions

  • Wash and cut up the five finger. Blend with 1 cup of water and strain. Note: Squeeze the pulp to extract more juice. Add two more cups of water. Add bitters and sugar to taste and stir. Mix well.
  • Adjust sugar if necessary. Serve chilled or with ice.
