  • 3 green pommecythere (Golden Apple)
  • 7 leaves chadon beni, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Salt to taste (about ¼ tsp.)
  • Pepper to taste (about 1 tsp.)
  1. Wash, peel and dice the pommecythere. Add the chopped chadon beni, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend finely in a blender.
  2. Store in a clean container or bottle. Refrigerate.
  3. Serve with pholourie, baiganee etc.
