Cupcake glaze
  • 1¾ cups powdered sugar
  • 1½ tbsp. warm water.
  1. Sift the powdered sugar into a bowl and mix it with the warm water. Mix to form a smooth soft paste. Spread the glaze onto each cooled cupcake with a blunt knife. You may add your favourite sprinklers, chopped nuts, or candy decorations.
