  • 2 cup oats ( rolled or steel cut)
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup dried fruits (I included equal amounts of raisins, dates and cranberries)
  • 1 – 1½ cup nuts ( such as almond, walnuts, pecans, cashew nuts and hazel nuts), chopped
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup flax seed meal or flax seeds blended until fine
  • ¼ cup sesame seed, may be blended until fine
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and store in a sealed plastic bag or container. Refrigerate.
