Beet Punch

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 large beet
  • 180 grams condensed milk
  • ½ cup skim milk (or low fat milk)
  • 1 tsp. Angostura bitters
  • 1 tsp. Aniseed essence
  1. Peel the raw beet and then chop it.
  2. Place the water and beet in a blender. Blend together.
  3. Pour in the milk, bitters and essence. Blend until smooth. Serve cold and with ice.
