  • 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 small carrots, finely shredded
  • 2 tsp. mayonnaise, low calorie
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Wash the cabbage and peel the carrots. Finely shred the cabbage and carrots.
  2. Mix the cabbage with the rest of the ingredients. Serve with your favourite rice dish
