Corned Beef and Cabbage II

Ingredients
- 1 tin corned beef 340g
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 small tomato chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 pimento chopped
- 1 small cabbage shredded
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp golden ray margarine
- 2 tbsp ketchup optional
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Shred and wash the cabbage.
- Heat the oil over medium heat and saute the onion, tomato and garlic. Saute until the onion looks translucent.
- Add the cabbage and pimento. Saute for 2 minutes. Then add the corned beef and golden ray margarine.
- Cook for 2 minutes. Mix thoroughly and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
