Recipe type: Vegetarian
- 2 cup oats ( rolled or steel cut)
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup dried fruits (I included equal amounts of raisins, dates and cranberries)
- 1 – 1½ cup nuts ( such as almond, walnuts, pecans, cashew nuts and hazel nuts), chopped
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup flax seed meal or flax seeds blended until fine
- ¼ cup sesame seed, may be blended until fine
- Mix all the ingredients together and store in a sealed plastic bag or container. Refrigerate.
