- 2 cup oats rolled or steel cut
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup dried fruits I included equal amounts of raisins, dates and cranberries
- 1 – 1 1/2 cup nuts such as almond, walnuts, pecans, cashew nuts and hazel nuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup flax seed meal or flax seeds blended until fine
- 1/4 cup sesame seed may be blended until fine
- Mix all the ingredients together and store in a sealed plastic bag or container. Refrigerate.
