- 5 cups iceberg lettuce
- 2 1/2 cups diced cucumber
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 1/2 cups grated beet
- 1 cup carrots julienne
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Lightly saute the broccoli in the coconut oil.
- Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and toss.
