We’re going to make a refreshing and delicious Barbadine Punch! Oh yeah, you heard that right! This tropical fruit is not only good for its scent but also for the perfect punch recipe.
Get ready to breeze through the summer heat with this drink in hand. Our Barbadine Punch recipe is simple and easy to make. You only need a few ingredients, and in no time, you’ll have a refreshing drink that will knock your socks off. First off, let’s start with the star of the show, the Barbadine fruit. We need to extract the juice from the fruit, and it’s as easy as pie. Cut the fruit in half, scoop out the seeds, and blend the pulp until it becomes a smooth puree. We’re talking about a fruit that’s bursting with flavor here, so you know this punch is going to be off the charts.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe barbadine giant granadilla
- 2 cups full cream milk
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions
- Peel the thin outer skin and cut in half. Remove the pulp and place in a bowl. Take out as much pulp from the seeds as possible. Blend the pulp together with the milk.
- Note: This may have to be done in two parts so you may want to blend half of the pulp with 1 cup of the milk each.
- Pour out in a bowl and sweeten with the sugar. Adjust sweetness to taste. Pour the liquid through a strainer to ensure that the punch has a smooth consistency.
- Refrigerate or serve with ice
