Ingredients
- 3 cups coconut water or cane juice
- 4 ripe bananas
- 8 pitted dates soaked in 1 cup of water overnight
Instructions
- Peel the bananas. Place them in a blender.
- Add the rest of ingredients. Blend them together.
- Serve at once.
Notes
Use the water the dates were soaked in as well
