The Best Banana Milk

This Banana Milk is a simply healthy drink for breakfast or dinner.

  • 3 cups coconut water or cane juice
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 8 pitted dates soaked in 1 cup of water overnight


  • Peel the bananas. Place them in a blender.
  • Add the rest of ingredients. Blend them together.
  • Serve at once.


Use the water the dates were soaked in as well
