Bacon Wrapped Plantains
Servings: 6 slices plantain
- 2 ripe plantains peeled and sliced
- 1 lb turkey bacon 450 g 16 slices
- Oils for frying
- Peel and slice plantains lengthwise in slices 1-cm thick . Set aside.
- Wrap plantain slices in bacon. Fry in a pan. Serve hot.
