Consider that a pizza quiche could be one step better than a normal pizza. However, if you prefer the final product to look more a pizza then your pizza quiche could look like this.

Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
- 2 cup shredded cheese, divided
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 14.5 ounces fresh tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teasopoon dried basil
- 12 slices pepperoni, slices (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
Directions
- Bake unpricked pastry shell at 375 degrees F for 11 minutes.
- Next, sprinkle with 2/3 cup cheese. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, oregano, cayenne and pepper. Pour mixture over cheese. Then bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over quiche. Then top with the tomato slices, sprinkle fresh herbs, add the pepperoni (if you wish), cheese and olives. Bake until the cheese is melted. Let stand for minutes before cutting.
