Rice and Curry Fish

Currying fish is a popular method of preparing seafood in many parts of the world. While different cultures have their own unique ways of preparing fish curry, one particular method involves frying the fish before adding it to the curry sauce. This technique results in a crispy texture and enhances the flavor of the fish. To prepare this type of fish curry, the fish is first cleaned and cut into desired pieces.

It is then coated in a mixture of spices and flour before being fried until golden brown. Meanwhile, a curry sauce is made by sautéing onions, garlic, and other spices in oil. Once the sauce has thickened, the fried fish is added and allowed to cook for a few minutes until it has absorbed the flavors of the sauce. This method of currying fish provides a unique and delicious twist on the traditional method, making it a great option for seafood lovers looking for something new.
