Ingredients

  • 4 large grapefruits
  • 1/2 tsp mixed essence
  • 2 dashes bitters lemon lime bitter
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Sugar to taste granulated

Instructions

  1. Peel and squeeze the grapefruits. Strain out the seeds. Be careful not to strain the pulp.
  2. Add sugar, essence and bitters and stir. When the sugar has dissolved pour out into a mug and serve chilled.
